Implementation Consultant - Night shift
About the role
The Implementation Consultant at OrangeHRM will be responsible for configuring and implementing HR management software solutions, particularly focusing on time and attendance rules, multi-channel clocking, payroll integrations, workflow design, and analytics. The role involves end-to-end testing, training teams, and thorough documentation of processes and integrations. Candidates should have significant experience in WFM/HRIS implementations, business process mapping, client consultation, and technical integrations. Must have
- 5+ years hands-on WFM/HRIS implementation (UKG Pro, Kronos, ADP Workforce Now, Ceridian Dayforce, BambooHR, OrangeHRM, or similar).
- Requirement Gathering & Analysis
- Business Process Mapping
- Client Consultation & Stakeholder Management
- Biometric integration experience (CAMS, ZKTeco, Hikvision) – device setup, API/file sync, duplicate resolution.
- Multi-payroll expertise: BizPay field mappings, ADP attendance feeds, SAP HCM interfaces, custom export formats.
- Technical toolkit: HRIS configuration, API/file integrations, Excel/Power Query for data validation and reconciliation.
- Process design mindset: can map as-is vs to-be flows and drive adoption.
