The role involves providing daily technical support to staff, installing and maintaining IT equipment, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting with network and system maintenance, maintaining IT records and inventory, and supporting users with basic IT queries. Candidates should have a diploma or relevant qualification in IT or Computer Science, 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, and strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. The company operates across sectors such as exports, logistics, warehousing, food manufacturing, and hospitality.
Must have
- Diploma or relevant qualification in Information Technology/Computer Science
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills -Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
