PM & BA Intern
About the role
BeetleCode is seeking a proactive and organized PM & BA Intern to join their software delivery team. The intern will assist Project Managers and Business Analysts in planning and coordinating software projects, gathering and analyzing requirements, maintaining project documentation, and supporting project planning and progress tracking. The role involves collaborating with developers, designers, QA engineers, and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project requirements, as well as assisting with requirement validation and process analysis. Candidates should have a background in a relevant field, a basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum, and strong analytical and communication skills. BeetleCode offers hands-on experience, exposure to modern practices, and the potential for full-time employment.
Must have
- Background in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and software development processes.
- Understanding of Business Analysis, Project Management, and Agile/Scrum principles.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced software development environment.
