About the role
bizadvisor.lk is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to support and optimize their subscription renewal processes for corporate services. The intern will work closely with both Client Managers and the IT team to improve internal systems, focusing on increasing subscription renewal rates through process analysis, system optimization, and data-driven reporting. Key responsibilities include driving renewal metrics, coordinating internal follow-ups, collaborating with IT on system improvements, analyzing workflows, and reporting on performance. The ideal candidate is pursuing or has recently completed a relevant degree, is analytical, tech-savvy, and a strong communicator. This paid internship offers hands-on experience at the intersection of business strategy and IT, with mentorship from senior management.
Must have
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or a related field.
- You can look at a broken or slow process, figure out why it is failing, and design a logical solution.
- You are comfortable working with different departments and have the confidence to politely but firmly hold internal stakeholders (like Client Managers) accountable for their tasks.
- You understand how business software, CRMs, and automated notifications work, and can clearly translate business needs into instructions for an IT team.
- You are motivated by metrics, efficiency, and seeing a tangible increase in the company's retention and growth numbers.
