About the role
The Data Privacy Analyst at EY Global Delivery Services in Sri Lanka supports global client engagements by executing data privacy, data governance, and compliance activities. The role involves reviewing data access, data query, and cross-border data transfer requests to ensure they align with defined policies, regulations, and client playbooks. Key responsibilities include applying data protection and governance controls, performing privacy assessments, identifying privacy risks, and maintaining documentation for audits and regulatory requirements. The position is part of the Cyber Security – Data Protection & Privacy service line and operates under close supervision with periodic quality reviews, following established policies and escalation procedures.
Must have
- Degree in IT, Cyber Security, Risk, Compliance, Law, or related discipline.
- Exposure to data privacy, data protection, or governance concepts.
Highlights
This role requires working US-aligned shifts, covering East and West Coast hours. The position is based in Sri Lanka at EY Global Delivery Services.
