This role is for an Agile Project Manager / Scrum Master at Mitra, responsible for managing sprint execution and team delivery. The Project Manager will act as a servant leader, resolving team conflicts, removing operational blockers, and ensuring high-quality, predictable releases while maintaining healthy team workloads. Key responsibilities include organizing meetings, coaching team members, managing customer expectations, reviewing sprint stories, and supporting the product owner with backlog management.
