About the role
The Learning and Development Specialist (Tech and AI) is responsible for leading the implementation and enhancement of Learning Management Systems (LMS), coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring successful deployment and user adoption. The role involves creating and maintaining learning content, developing course structures and certification programs, supporting departmental learning roadmaps, and administering training modules and assessments. The specialist will also plan and coordinate training programs, monitor LMS performance, and identify areas for improvement. Candidates should have relevant experience in Learning & Development, LMS administration, and HR technology, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Must have
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Learning & Development, LMS Administration, or HR Technology.
- Experience in managing Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning content.
- Experience in training coordination, training needs analysis, and e-learning initiatives.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Professional qualification in HR or Learning & Development (CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent) is an added advantage.
