Assistant Manager - IT
About the role
The Assistant Manager - IT at Naratha Agro Industries (Pvt) Ltd will lead and manage the IT team and daily operations, maintain and enhance company IT infrastructure, oversee ERP, HRM, SFA, and Office 365 systems, and ensure data security and disaster recovery. The role involves supporting business processes through technology solutions, driving system integrations, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, and implementing AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency. The position is based in Kandana and requires strong technical and leadership skills.
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in IT management or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of ERP, HRM, SFA, Office 365 and network systems.
- Fluency in AI tools is a must.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
