Full Stack Developer - Trainee
About the role
Enhanzer is seeking a Full Stack Developer - Trainee to join their engineering team in Negombo, Sri Lanka. The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack applications using Angular and C# .NET Core, building user-friendly interfaces, integrating RESTful APIs, and optimizing SQL Server databases. The position requires collaboration with QA, product, and other teams, as well as using AI-assisted development tools and taking ownership of assigned tasks from development through delivery. Candidates should be graduates or undergraduates in IT or related fields, with at least 6 months of internship experience and hands-on experience in full stack development using Angular and C#.NET Core. Experience with microservices and GraphQL is an added advantage. The company offers practical experience in software development, exposure to SaaS and AI products, and opportunities for career growth.
Must have
- Graduates or undergraduates in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with a professional qualification in Information Technology.
- At least 6 months of internship experience in a related role.
- Hands-on experience in Full Stack Development using the Angular and C#.NET Core tech stack, with a solid foundation in HTML/CSS principles and a proven ability to develop userfriendly web applications.
- Proficient in designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with SQL Server databases to build robust backend systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for effectively addressing technical challenges.
- High attention to detail, with a strong motivation to learn and adapt to new technologies, features, and updates.
- Ability to work effectively under minimal supervision, demonstrating initiative and self-direction.
- Capacity to build and maintain positive relationships, foster cooperation, and provide support to colleagues and stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience with Microservices architecture and GraphQL is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python.
- Understanding of OOP and software development principles.
- Familiarity with Git and version control systems.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with academic, personal, or open-source software projects.
