About the role
The Senior Technical Business Analyst will collaborate with system vendors, solution architects, and business stakeholders to optimize the organization's IT application ecosystem. The role involves analyzing and improving application systems, supporting analytics and optimization initiatives, reviewing databases and technical integrations, and providing leadership to technical and support teams. Candidates should have a strong background in software development, business analysis, QA, or data analytics, with expertise in SQL, API testing, and Oracle databases, as well as an understanding of the software application development lifecycle. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field and significant post-degree experience are required.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Management or related discipline.
- Minimum of 8 years post-degree experience in Software Development, Business Analysis, QA or Data Analytics.
- Strong SQL, API testing and Oracle database knowledge.
- Understanding of Software application development lifecycle.
Nice to have
- Prior experience in the Banking and Financial Services sector and the ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams will be an added advantage.
