Must have
- Strong professional experience in Python (must-have)
- Proven experience building AI/ML-powered applications (not just research)
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles (APIs, system design, testing, version control)
- Experience working with LLMs, AI frameworks, or agent-based architectures
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, .NET integrations, or related services)
- Familiarity with deploying and scaling applications in cloud environments
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure AI services, OpenAI integrations, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and distributed systems
- Experience with data pipelines and real-time processing
- Understanding of prompt engineering and agent orchestration frameworks
- Exposure to frontend frameworks or full-stack development
