SaaS Sales & Business Development Interns
About the role
EPRGroupers (Pvt) Ltd, a Sri Lanka–based technology company specializing in AI-powered products and services, is seeking full-time, on-site SaaS Sales & Business Development Interns in Hatton. Interns will support the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outreach to potential clients, assisting in product demos, updating CRM records, preparing sales materials, and supporting follow-ups throughout the sales pipeline. The role also involves collaborating with senior team members on market research, contributing to sales strategies, and participating in training to enhance product and sales knowledge. Candidates should have strong communication and customer service skills, foundational sales abilities, eagerness to learn about SaaS and AI solutions, and proficiency in documentation and productivity tools. The position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, innovative environment focused on AI-driven business transformation.
Must have
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills for engaging prospects and supporting client interactions.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills for lead generation, pipeline support, and assisting in closing opportunities.
- Candidates should possess the ability to participate in Training and be eager to learn SaaS products, sales tools, and AI solution capabilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Hatton, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a cross-functional team.
- Solid documentation and presentation skills, with proficiency in common productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide decks, CRM basics).
Nice to have
- Interest in SaaS, AI, or technology solutions and basic understanding of B2B sales processes are beneficial.
- Diploma or undergraduate studies in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field are an advantage but not mandatory.
