AI PMO / Programme Analyst
About the role
The AI PMO / Programme Analyst role is responsible for supporting portfolio governance, programme delivery, reporting, planning, financial tracking, and stakeholder management across AI and technology initiatives. Key duties include maintaining portfolio plans and governance records, managing RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), preparing executive dashboards and reports, supporting budget tracking and financial reporting, coordinating governance meetings, and providing analytical insights for decision-making. The role requires experience in PMO or programme analysis, strong analytical and reporting skills, and proficiency with tools such as Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and project management platforms. The position is based in Sri Lanka and is suitable for candidates with 4-10 years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field.

- Strong analytical, reporting, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
