Must have

- Familiar with Azure or AWS platforms and have experience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologies
- Worked with AI-assisted development tools like GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT
- Led technical teams, mentored engineers, and successfully delivered projects
- Can explain complex ideas simply and collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Analytical and can make sound decisions under pressure
