About the role
The Senior Business Analyst role involves understanding business requirements from multiple stakeholders, mapping current and future business processes, and translating these into user stories within an agile SDLC framework. The position requires creating and validating detailed functional specifications, facilitating design sessions, delivering business requirements documentation, supporting QA and UAT, and performing post-implementation reviews. The analyst will work on multiple projects as assigned by the PMO, primarily in the banking and digital banking domains.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree specialized in IT / ICT / Finance / Business Administration.
- Minimum three (05) years of experience in enterprise business analysis including two (03) years of experience in Agile Framework.
- Conversant with the Banking domain, including Digital Banking, Core Banking and Retail Banking, is considered a significant advantage.
- Experience in analyzing and optimizing digital banking processes such as customer onboarding, loan origination, KYC/AML, transaction monitoring, and payments.
- Excellent command of English both spoken and written.
- Understanding of agile methodologies, software development life cycle and relational databases.
