Manager - Digital Transformation
About the role
This strategic role is designed to drive efficiency by eliminating manual processes, automating workflows, and leading the Robotic Process Automation (RPA) journey within the organization. The Manager - Digital Transformation will be responsible for delivering the enterprise digital transformation strategy and roadmap, identifying and executing AI use cases, expediting the Agentic AI and RPA journey, and leading the digital transformation team. The position requires relevant qualifications and experience in IT, digital transformation, and automation, as well as certifications in related fields.
Must have
- Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, AI; MBA preferred
- 3+ Years experience in Enterprise Digital Transformation
- PMP, Business Analysis experience
- RPA, Agentic experience
- Data Science, Snowflake / Data Bricks experience
- Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt)
- RPA certification (UiPath, AA, or Blue Prism)
- PMP / PRINCE2
- ITIL Foundation
