About the role
The Marketing Manager at Tech One Lanka is responsible for building and managing a high-performing revenue marketing engine to drive awareness, demand, and qualified opportunities across various technology solution areas. The role involves developing and executing integrated go-to-market campaigns, leading both inbound and outbound demand generation, and ensuring all marketing activities are measurable and aligned with sales priorities. Key responsibilities include campaign planning and execution, collaboration with sales and Microsoft teams, team leadership, CRM and ROI management, and continuous optimization of marketing performance. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing, with at least 3 years of progressive B2B marketing experience, including 2 years in a leadership or management role. Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, as well as budget and ROI management, is required. Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive experience in B2B marketing, including at least 2 years in a team leadership, campaign leadership, or marketing management capacity
- Experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that generate qualified sales opportunities
- Experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools to manage leads and monitor campaign performance
- Experience managing marketing budgets, tracking ROI, and presenting performance reports
Nice to have
- A postgraduate qualification or professional certification in Marketing, such as CIM, SLIM, or an equivalent credential, will be an added advantage
- Relevant certifications in digital marketing, marketing analytics, CRM or Microsoft technologies will be an added advantage
- Experience in the technology, cloud, software, IT services, or Microsoft ecosystem will be an added advantage
