Senior Business Analyst
About the role
The Senior Business Analyst will support enterprise-level data, integration, CRM/ERP, and transformation initiatives for a client. The role involves translating business requirements into clear data definitions, mappings, governance decisions, and delivery requirements. Key responsibilities include leading discovery workshops, defining data entities and relationships, documenting data flows, developing source-to-canonical mappings, facilitating data stewardship decisions, defining data-quality rules, maintaining requirements traceability, and supporting UAT and training. The position requires close collaboration with CRM and source-system subject matter experts. Candidates should have significant experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise data environments and strong analytical and communication skills.
Must have
- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly within enterprise data, integration, CRM/ERP, or transformation programmes.
- Strong experience in workshop facilitation and requirements documentation.
- Good understanding of data models, identifiers, data mappings, data quality, and APIs.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with business Data Owners, Data Stewards, and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have
- Experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance.
- Experience with HubSpot or other enterprise CRM platforms.
- Exposure to certification, supply-chain, or multi-region business domains.

Highlights
