Senior Business Analyst
About the role
VS One World is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with over 5 years of experience to support the delivery of complex digital solutions, including AI-enabled products and enterprise platforms. The role involves leading requirement discovery, stakeholder workshops, and business analysis activities, as well as translating business needs into actionable solutions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage requirement priorities, and leverage Generative AI tools to enhance productivity and analysis. The position requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, along with experience in Agile/Scrum practices and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Must have
- 5+ years of professional Business Analysis experience.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, take ownership of deliverables, and proactively drive activities while collaborating effectively with the team.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to challenge assumptions, manage ambiguity, and drive decisions.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum and software delivery practices.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and requirements management.
- Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, and data flows.
- Excellent communication, workshop facilitation, and documentation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with enterprise SaaS, digital transformation, or AI-enabled products is an advantage.
- Domain Knowledge in e-Learning is an added advantage.
