Operations Specialist – Mobility Marketplace
About the role
The Operations Specialist – Mobility Marketplace role at LanceSoft involves monitoring and managing the daily health of a mobility marketplace, identifying supply-demand imbalances, and executing growth strategies based on data analysis and creative marketing insights. The position requires building and maintaining dashboards, collaborating with marketing and global teams, and making data-driven decisions while considering local operational realities. Candidates should have a strong analytical background, experience in data-driven operations, and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. The role is onsite in Colombo and is suited for individuals who can bridge global strategy with local execution.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Advanced Google Sheets (complex formulas, pivot tables, automation) and preferably knowledge in SQL
- 3-4 years of experience in a data-driven operations role, preferably within a marketplace or tech-enabled environment
Nice to have
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta Ads Manager, etc.) is an advantage.
