Associate - IT Service Delivery
About the role
The Associate - IT Service Delivery role at Hemas Consumer Brands involves managing IT help desk operations, handling monthly IT vendor payments, coordinating with Finance and COE teams, supporting annual IT budgeting activities, maintaining accurate documentation and records, and managing wingle data buckets and user allocation. The position is designed for fresh graduates and undergraduates, providing real-world experience, mentorship, and future-focused skills in a leading FMCG company with a strong local and international presence.
Must have
- Undergraduate or graduate qualification in Finance, Business Administration, or Information Technology or Higher Diploma in a relevant field (Finance, Business Administration, or IT).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must-have strong data handling and reporting skills).
- Strong written communication skills, especially in professional email writing.
- Maintain accurate and well-structured records.
Nice to have
- Having completed a 6-month internship in a related field would be an added advantage.
