Intern / Associate / Executive - ERP Implementation & Business Process
About the role
This position at Sumathi Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is open to interns, associates, and executives to support the ongoing Odoo ERP implementation and business process transformation. The role involves supporting business process design, standardization, and alignment with ERP capabilities, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting data migration and go-live readiness, driving change management, and maintaining project documentation. Candidates will gain hands-on exposure to real-world ERP implementation and business process improvement projects, with structured learning and mentoring opportunities.
Must have
- Degree in Business, IT, Management, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience in Odoo/ERP implementation, business process improvement, or Master Data Management is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Good understanding of ERP processes, change management, and process standardization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
