IT Executive (Oman)
About the role
The IT Executive position is with a leading manufacturing company in Oman. The role involves maintaining and managing the company's IT infrastructure, monitoring networks, servers, and IT systems, providing technical support to office and factory operations, ensuring data security and system reliability, and managing IT equipment, software, and related documentation. Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant IT experience, a degree or diploma in IT or Computer Science, and strong knowledge in hardware, software, network administration, server administration, cybersecurity, and data backup. Good communication and problem-solving skills are also required.
Must have
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant IT experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology / Computer Science.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software and network administration.
- Experience in IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Knowledge of server administration, cybersecurity and data backup.
- Ability to provide technical support to users and departments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
