Team Lead – Post Sales – Information Security

We are looking for an experienced Information Security professional to lead our Post-Sales Information Security engineering team. The Team Lead is the technical backbone of the Post Sales – Information Security team. You work with vendors, distributors, customers, sales teams, and technical teams alike. The Team Lead is responsible for working alongside these parties to evangelize, qualify, design, propose, and demonstrate the business value of cybersecurity solutions to customers. You thrive on autonomy while being a productive team member. **You Will Be Responsible For,** • Leading KBSL’s Cyber Security practice — overseeing project delivery, support services, and professional services engagements for customers. • Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Information Security engineering team, allocating project and support tasks and reviewing technical work and progress. Acting as the key liaison between the Information Security team and other engineering pillars, Presales, and Managed Services to ensure coordinated delivery. • Responsible for developing and implementing a team timeline to achieve goals. • Keeping updated knowledge on cybersecurity standards, technologies, and industry trends. • Leading the planning and implementation of changes to cybersecurity infrastructure with the goal of enhancing usability and productivity. • Conducting detailed analysis and defining technology requirements for cybersecurity solution design, planning, funding, and implementation. • Actively engaging with Technical Teams, working closely with Engineering Peers, Solutions Architects, and Technology Vendors on strategy, planning, design, development, and deployment. • Acting as the technical escalation point for complex security incidents, maintaining committed service levels and driving root-cause resolution of technical and security defects. • Planning and executing POC engagements for successful completion. • Preparing effort estimations for new opportunities, AMCs, AMC RFPs, and new opportunity RFPs, along with supporting renewal BOM validations and scope finalization. • Certification planning for the team according to company budget and partnership requirements. • New product onboarding, evaluation, assignment, and review. • Conducting service reviews for selected key customers. • Leading the technical relationship with customers, fostering a collaborative environment that drives positive outcomes. • Mentoring and guiding engineers, fostering their professional growth. • Maintaining high standards in Designs, Solutions, BoQ, SoW, and Engineering Efforts. **Qualifications,** • B.Sc. / B.Eng / PgD / MSc in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or any related field. • One or more of the following certificates: CISSP, SSCP, CISM, CISA, GSEC, CEH, PIM, ITIL. • Security vendor certifications, one or more of the following: CCSE, CCSM, NSE 7, NSE 8, PCNSE. • 8+ years of experience, of which 6+ in the security domain. • Knowledge of vendor solutions in domains such as SIEM, PAM, SSE, NGFW, EDR, DLP. • Previous experience providing solutions for cybersecurity projects and mission-critical environments. • Delegating tasks to team members and monitoring their performance.
