Information Technology Executive(IT Executive)

About the role

Primecore Solutions is hiring an IT Executive to support and maintain the company's IT infrastructure. The role involves providing technical support for hardware, software, and networking, installing and maintaining IT systems and equipment, monitoring system performance, managing user accounts, ensuring data security, assisting with new technology rollouts, maintaining IT asset inventory, and training staff on IT and cybersecurity. Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar executive role, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, networking, and basic server management, experience troubleshooting hardware and software, familiarity with cybersecurity protocols, and basic knowledge of ERP/CRM systems. A relevant diploma or certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCP, or MCSA are required.
