Technical Lead - C++ Embedded Systems

The Technical Lead - C++ Embedded Systems role involves developing and testing embedded software for vehicle platforms, integrating software components, and ensuring software quality through validation and verification. The position requires collaboration with international teams in an Agile environment, debugging embedded software with a focus on C++, and ensuring compatibility between software and hardware. Must have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in software development, ideally within an embedded systems environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in C++ development and debugging, particularly C++11/C++14.
- Solid understanding of software integration processes.
- Understanding of hardware and its interaction with embedded software.
- Experience in creating test cases and utilizing software testing techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Linux development environments.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to work within an international team environment.
- Proficiency in English within a technical environment.
- Good knowledge of CI/CD processes.
Nice to have
- Exposure to Python scripting and development.
- Exposure to Android development or Android-based platforms.
- Previous experience working with embedded, automotive, mobility, or vehicle-platform solutions.
- Prior experience providing technical guidance, mentoring engineers, or working at Senior Software Engineer / Technical Lead level.
