About the role
HCLTech Sri Lanka is seeking motivated IT graduates to join as Graduate Engineering Trainees. The role involves participating in technical and functional training programs, providing basic IT support and troubleshooting, assisting teams in Infrastructure, Service Desk, or SAP operations, monitoring systems, handling user queries, escalating issues as needed, and maintaining documentation according to standard procedures. Selected candidates will undergo structured initial training and will be deployed to relevant teams based on performance and business requirements.
Must have
- Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.
- Official academic transcript is mandatory.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts (if required).
