About the role
The Assistant Lecturer (Temporary) in the Department of Information Technology at the Faculty of Computing, Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology (SLIIT), will be responsible for undergraduate teaching, preparing and assessing laboratory and tutorial sessions, participating in departmental activities, and conducting research with publication in reputed journals and conferences. Candidates must have a relevant bachelor's degree with honours or a bachelor's degree plus a master's degree, along with at least one year of teaching or satisfactory industrial experience and evidence of research output. Must have
- a four-year bachelor's degree in Information Technology with 1st or 2nd class honours or

- at least one year of teaching experience at the undergraduate level or satisfactory industrial experience and evidence of research output.
