About the role
The company is seeking an experienced AI Architect or Senior AI Engineer to lead enterprise AI initiatives, focusing on the adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and AI-native development. The role involves driving AI strategy, designing solutions, mentoring teams, and working with advanced AI frameworks and cloud-native architectures. Candidates should have a strong background in GenAI, Machine Learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI architectures, as well as significant experience in IT, system architecture, and cloud-native software engineering.
Must have
- 10–12 years of IT, system architecture, and cloud-native software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in GenAI, Machine Learning, NLP, predictive analytics, and Agentic AI architectures
- Agentic AI & Deep Agent Architectures
- LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LangChain
- Generative AI & LLM Frameworks
- RAG & Vector Databases – Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, Qdrant
- Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock & Google Vertex AI
- LlamaIndex & Semantic Kernel
- MLOps / LLMOps, LangSmith & TruLens
- Python, TypeScript, Java / C#
- Cloud-Native Architecture & Enterprise Security
- AI Strategy, Solution Design & Team Mentoring
