Full Stack Developer
About the role
Career141 Executive Search is seeking a Full Stack Developer for a 3-month onsite contract. The role involves hands-on development of scalable software solutions, focusing on both frontend and backend tasks, as well as AI-powered application features. The successful candidate will design and develop responsive interfaces using React and JavaScript, build backend services with Node.js and Python, and contribute to AI integrations. Applicants should have 2–4 years of professional experience in full stack development, a relevant degree, and strong technical and problem-solving skills. The position requires immediate availability for onboarding and a commitment to the full contract period.
Must have
- 2–4 years of professional experience in Full Stack Development or a similar software development role.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to take ownership of assigned development tasks and deliver within agreed timelines.
- Availability to commit to the full 3-month contract period.
- Strong knowledge of Python, Node.js, React, and JavaScript.
- Good understanding of both frontend and backend development.
- Proven experience developing and maintaining web, mobile, or software applications.
- Hands-on experience in API development, database integrations, and application debugging.
- Experience working on individual and team-based development projects.
- Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control.
- Ability to manage development tasks, troubleshoot technical issues, and meet project deadlines.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional programming languages.
- Experience developing AI-powered applications.
- Knowledge of AI API integrations and experience training machine learning models.
- Understanding of Agentic AI concepts, frameworks, and integrations with external tools and APIs.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and application deployment.
- Knowledge of macOS application development and SwiftUI.
