Operations Analyst / Senior Operations Analyst
About the role
Lumos RCM is seeking an Operations Analyst or Senior Operations Analyst to manage key Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) functions. The role involves maintaining and optimizing productivity and quality KPIs, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Candidates should have at least 6 months of RCM experience, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, proficiency in MS Office, and excellent English communication skills. The position requires working US business hours (night shift). Lumos RCM is a US-based company with operations in Sri Lanka, focused on helping healthcare organizations improve their business processes through technology and expertise.
Must have
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Revenue Cycle Management
- Strong problem-solving skills, accountability and attention to detail
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to work according to the US business hours (night shift) - Required.
