HEAD OF DATA & AI - Data, Analytics, BI, AI or related technology domains
About the role
The Head of Data & AI will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's Data & AI strategy, leading initiatives in data architecture, analytics, business intelligence, machine learning, and AI. The role involves establishing data governance, identifying AI opportunities, overseeing data platforms and investments, and ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations. The successful candidate will also build and mentor a high-performing Data & AI team, partner with senior leaders, and promote innovation and data excellence across the enterprise. The position requires extensive experience in data management and leadership within technology domains.
Must have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, Engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Data Management, Analytics, BI, AI or related technology domains
- Proven experience leading enterprise-scale Data & AI initiatives
- Strong knowledge of Data Architecture, Data Governance, Cloud Data Platforms, Analytics & AI Technologies
- Proven experience managing high-performing technical teams
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience delivering measurable business outcomes through Data & AI
Nice to have
- Master’s in Data Science, AI, Business Analytics or Information Management is an added advantage
