Architect/Associate Architect - DevOps
About the role
This role is for an Associate Architect or Architect specializing in DevOps, responsible for designing and implementing scalable DevOps solutions across cloud and hybrid environments. The position emphasizes cloud architecture, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, Kubernetes, DevSecOps, and SRE practices, while also providing technical leadership to ensure secure, reliable, and highly automated platforms. Key responsibilities include building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines, managing containerized applications, establishing monitoring and alerting frameworks, integrating security into development pipelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role also involves working with relational databases for integration, migration, and performance optimization.
Must have
- 7–10+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or related roles
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI
- Hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP environments
- Proficiency in Terraform or similar Infrastructure as Code tools
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices architectures
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, and Google Cloud databases
- Strong analytical thinking, ownership mindset, and ability to work effectively in agile teams daily
