About the role
The Lead Software Engineer will serve as a Pega Systems Architect, working on Pega CRM Applications (CPMi) and utilizing Pega 26.1 and its additional capabilities. The role requires strong fundamentals in Core Java and Object-Oriented concepts, as well as a good understanding of Pega rule types, debugging tools, and integrations. The candidate should also have expertise in relational database management systems and experience with Pega Constellation. Knowledge of the insurance domain is considered advantageous.
Must have
- Work on Pega CRM Applications (CPMi)
- Possess knowledge of using Pega 26.1 and its additional capabilities
- Demonstrate solid fundamentals in Core Java & Object-Oriented concepts
- Good understanding of basic Pega rule types (Activities, Data Transforms, Data pages, etc.)
- Use Pega debugging tools and possess the ability to identify and debug any issues that occur during an upgrade
- Good understanding of Pega Integrations (Services, Connectors, File Listeners, etc.)
- Expertise and a good understanding of Relational Database Management Systems, including database performance improvements and SQL Commands
- Experience with Pega Constellation
Nice to have
- Knowledge of the Insurance domain is preferred
