About the role
The Customer Service Officer role at Dialog involves providing customer support at various Dialog outlet locations. The position is open to school leavers and those under 30 years of age, requiring good communication skills in both English and Sinhala. Candidates should demonstrate a professional work ethic, flexibility, and a willingness to learn new skills. The role requires working Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 6:00pm and a half-day on Saturday from 9:00am to 2:00pm. Vacancies are available in multiple locations including Pettah, Wellawatta, Embilipitiya, Ragama, Nikaweratiya, Kirindiwela, Horana, and Havelock.

- Ability to work from Monday to Friday (At 09:00am–06:00pm) and Saturday half day (At 09:00am–02:00pm)
