IT Executive - Night Shift
About the role
The IT Executive (Night Shift) at Legacy Health is responsible for providing day-to-day technical support and assisting in managing and maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, including networks, systems, hardware, and Microsoft 365 applications. The role involves troubleshooting, technical support, and responding promptly to user requirements while ensuring secure and reliable IT operations. Key responsibilities include technical support for hardware and software, managing user accounts, monitoring network connectivity, maintaining IT assets, handling employee onboarding/offboarding, managing IT support requests, and supporting IT infrastructure including security and backups. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in IT or a related field, 2-4 years of IT support experience, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Must have
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a technical-related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
- Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, basic networking, hardware, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of IT asset management and service-desk operations.
- Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- Open to work according to standard US business hours and calendar.
Nice to have
- Experience with Active Directory / Entra ID is an advantage.
