Senior Web Project Manager
About the role
The Senior Web Project Manager role involves managing web projects for international clients, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring successful project delivery. The position requires gathering requirements, tracking tasks and timelines, acting as a liaison between clients and technical teams, and maintaining regular communication throughout the project lifecycle. Candidates should have experience in web project management, strong organizational and project management skills, and be comfortable working with web technologies and international clients. The role is fully onsite in Sri Lanka and requires working US business hours.
Must have
- 3–6 years of experience in web project management, project coordination, client management, implementation, technical support, or a similar role.
- Good understanding of web technologies, web-based solutions, or web integrations.
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to communicate effectively with both clients and technical teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills, with a proactive approach to taking ownership of tasks and resolving issues.
- Willingness to work US business hours and interact directly with international clients is essential.
Nice to have
- Previous experience working directly with international/foreign clients is highly preferred.
