About the role

The Creative Design & Digital Marketing Assistant will be responsible for managing the overall online and social media presence of Multichemi International Limited and its brands. Key duties include designing creative graphics for digital platforms, creating engaging visual content, developing and executing online marketing campaigns, and utilizing AI tools for content creation. The role also involves monitoring campaign results, improving website visibility, and increasing e-commerce sales through digital marketing strategies. Candidates should have a diploma or degree in a relevant field, experience in graphic design and digital marketing, proficiency in design software, and strong communication skills. The company offers an attractive remuneration package and is rapidly expanding its operations in Sri Lanka.

Must have

Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Marketing or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in graphic designing and digital marketing
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other design software
Knowledge of video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut is an added advantage
Experience in Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads will be an added advantage
Knowledge and hands-on experience with AI content creation tools such as ChatGPT, Leonardo AI, Canva AI, CapCut AI, or similar platforms
Ability to create AI-assisted marketing content including social media posts, videos, captions, and ad creatives
Understanding of social media marketing and content creation
Strong creativity, communication, and time management skills
Strong writing skills in English & Sinhala language
Ability to fulfill deadlines, operate under minimal supervision, and take initiative
Age below 30 years
