Digital Project Manager – Hospitality Web Solutions (US Client Operations)
About the role
eBEYONDS is seeking a Digital Project Manager for its expanding BPO arm to coordinate and deliver website development and digital projects for US-based hospitality clients. The role involves leading end-to-end web projects, acting as the main client contact, planning timelines, assigning tasks, and ensuring successful project completion. Candidates should have 3–6 years of relevant experience, strong English communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects independently. The position is fully on-site and requires working night shifts aligned with US business hours.
Must have
- 3–6 years of experience in web project coordination, digital project delivery, website operations, technical project coordination, or a related role.
- Proven experience handling website development, website redesign, or CMS-based projects.
- Direct experience communicating with US-based or international clients, including conducting meetings, gathering requirements, and providing project updates.
- Good understanding of web development processes, CMS platforms, UI/UX, responsive web design, and website delivery.
- Excellent written and spoken English, with the confidence to independently communicate with international clients and technical teams.
- Strong organisational, stakeholder coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple web projects, monitor deadlines, and work independently with minimum supervision.
- Willingness to work fully on-site during night-shift hours aligned with US business hours is mandatory.
Nice to have
- Experience in hospitality-related web projects, hotel websites, booking platforms, or reservation integrations would be a distinct advantage.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar platforms.
