Telegram Ads & Growth Executive
About the role
The Telegram Ads & Growth Executive will lead Telegram-based user acquisition, paid advertising, and community growth for international markets. Key responsibilities include running and optimizing Telegram Ads campaigns, managing Telegram groups and channels, developing and maintaining Telegram bots, supporting Telegram Mini App development, coordinating with advertising agencies, and tracking campaign performance and growth KPIs. Candidates should have experience in digital/performance marketing, hands-on Telegram Ads, Python and Telegram bot development, and an understanding of the Indian market. The role is remote and focuses on international markets, with employment based in Sri Lanka.
Must have
- 3–4 years of digital/performance marketing experience.
- 1–2 years of hands-on Telegram Ads experience.
- Python knowledge and Telegram bot development experience.
- Understanding of the Indian market.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Nice to have
- iGaming industry experience is an advantage.
