About the role

The Hardware Technician role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing computer hardware and related equipment. Key responsibilities include diagnosing hardware faults, assembling and configuring desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices, providing technical support to staff and customers, and maintaining records of repairs. Candidates should have proven experience as a Hardware Technician, knowledge of computer systems, networks, and components, troubleshooting skills, good communication and teamwork abilities, and completion of a professional hardware certification course or diploma.
