About the role
The Executive – IT Infrastructure Support & Operations is responsible for managing, maintaining, and supporting the organization's IT infrastructure, devices, and equipment, ensuring necessary assistance is provided to end users. The role involves planning and overseeing the implementation of security measures, compliance initiatives, and technology advancements, as well as delivering daily IT operational support and maintaining IT-related documentation and Standard Operating Procedures. The position is based at the Keells Distribution Centre and requires strong communication and presentation skills to effectively convey information to diverse audiences. Must have
- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
