Senior Manager - Fiber
About the role
The Senior Manager - Fiber will be responsible for driving the growth of fiber broadband (FTTH and FTTE) business across residential, SME, and enterprise segments in Colombo, Sri Lanka. The role involves developing and executing business strategies, identifying market opportunities, managing pricing and marketing plans, and leading sales teams to achieve subscriber and revenue targets. The candidate will also coordinate project execution, monitor business performance, manage budgets, and lead a high-performing team. The position requires significant experience in telecommunications, particularly in fiber broadband, and a strong track record in business development and sales growth.
Must have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Telecommunications or Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of business development experience in telecommunications with at least 3 years experience in fiber broadband.
- Demonstrated track record in driving revenue growth, sales performance, and strategic partnerships.
Nice to have
- MBA or postgraduate qualification will be an added advantage.
