Manager – Business Intelligence (FTC)
About the role
Superloop is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager for a one-year fixed-term contract to lead the MIS Analysts team within the consumer operations unit. The role involves collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to contact centre operations to provide actionable insights for data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include leading the analytics team, developing databases and dashboards, analyzing trends, evaluating automation processes, forecasting call volumes, and preparing presentations for management. The position requires strong analytical and leadership skills, experience with large data sets, and proficiency in SQL or Python and Excel. Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, IT, Business Analytics or a related field.
- Proven experience in SQL or Python. Proficient in Excel.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with experience in handling large data sets and providing business insights.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills & fluency in English.
- Excellent presentation skills.
Nice to have
- MBA in a similar discipline would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with contact centre technologies and metrics would be an added advantage.
