About the role
The Application Support Engineer (Intern) role at Facetone involves resolving system issues through a ticketed support system, working according to a 24/7 roster, and collaborating as part of a team. The position offers hands-on learning opportunities, exposure to real-world technologies, and the chance to work alongside experienced professionals. Candidates will gain practical experience in documentation, client handling, and communication during the internship.
Must have
- Provide level 1 support to resolve system issues through a ticketed support system within the agreed SLA’s.
- Able to work according to a roster (24*7) and is a great team player.
- Excellent communication skills in English and problem-solving skills.
- Selected candidates will have practical sessions & hands-on experience during the internship on cutting-edge technologies, Documentation, Client handling and communication, and many more.
