ORACLE FUSION FUNCTIONAL MANAGER – FINANCIALS / PPM
About the role
The Oracle Fusion Functional Manager – Financials / PPM role is responsible for leading Oracle Fusion ERP implementations, focusing on either Financials or Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. The position involves requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, integrations, data migration, and hands-on configuration, testing, and implementation of Oracle applications. The manager will also lead CRP, SIT, and UAT activities, prepare functional specifications, and manage stakeholders and teams. The role is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and requires 8–11 years of relevant experience, strong client-facing consulting skills, and a bachelor's degree in a related field. Candidates with expertise in either Financials or PPM are encouraged to apply, and advanced finance qualifications are considered an advantage.
Must have
- 8–11 years of relevant experience in Oracle Fusion PPM and/or Oracle Fusion Financials/EBS.
- Must have led at least 4 full-lifecycle Oracle ERP implementations.
- Strong client-facing consulting experience.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis and solution design.
- Experience in integrations, data conversion and migration.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle application configuration, testing and implementation.
- Ability to lead CRP, SIT and UAT activities.
- Experience preparing functional specifications, configuration workbooks and test scripts.
- Strong stakeholder management, team leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of OUM, AIM or other implementation methodologies.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel for client engagements.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, IT or a related discipline.
Nice to have
- CA, CMA or MBA Finance is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of both Financials and PPM domains is an advantage.
