Program Manager - AI Delivery
About the role
The Program Manager – AI Transformation & Delivery is responsible for leading enterprise-wide AI adoption and overseeing the technical delivery of AI/ML solutions. This role acts as a bridge between executive strategy, organizational change management, and technical execution, ensuring that AI initiatives deliver measurable ROI and comply with responsible AI governance standards. Key responsibilities include driving AI maturity through adoption roadmaps and change management, managing the delivery portfolio of AI solutions, partnering with technical teams for scalable architectures, and operationalizing AI governance and risk management. The position requires significant experience in technical program management, enterprise transformation, and AI/ML technologies, as well as strong communication skills for influencing executive stakeholders.
Must have
- 7+ years in technical program management, enterprise transformation, or technology consulting, with at least 3+ years leading dedicated AI, ML, or Advanced Analytics implementations.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-wide change management programs, software adoption drives, or operating model shifts in large organizations.
- Strong working knowledge of modern AI/ML technologies, including LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), cloud AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and MLOps fundamentals.
- Proficiency adapting traditional software frameworks (Agile, Scrum, SAFe) to non-deterministic, data-driven AI innovation cycles.
- Outstanding communication and facilitation skills, with demonstrated success influencing C-suite stakeholders and non-technical business partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree or MBA with a concentration in Technology Management, Data Strategy, or Innovation.
- Recognized certifications in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) or Program Management (e.g., PgMP, PMP, Agile SAFe).
- Background in management consulting focusing on digital/AI transformation, or prior experience as a Product/Program Manager at a major technology enterprise.
- Familiarity with enterprise software integrations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, ServiceNow) using custom or embedded AI capabilities.
