About the role
The Senior Manager (Sales-FinTech Solutions) is responsible for driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding enterprise client relationships within the FinTech, banking technology, digital transformation, and enterprise software sectors. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners, and promoting digital transformation initiatives and technology solutions. The position requires strong experience in enterprise sales, solution selling, business development, and strategic account management, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing high-value deals. The successful candidate will also lead and mentor the sales team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and monitor market trends to identify new opportunities. Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, enterprise sales, or related roles.
- At least 3 years of experience in FinTech, banking technology, digital banking, financial services technology, or related industries.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and closing high-value enterprise deals.
- Strong experience in enterprise software sales, solution selling, SaaS, and technology-driven business solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in business development, strategic partnerships, key account management, and go-to-market strategy.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into suitable technology solutions.
