Business Analyst
About the role
The Associate Business Analyst Lead will serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, focusing on translating business requirements into effective technology solutions within the banking domain. Key responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, facilitating workshops, managing backlogs, collaborating with development teams, and mentoring junior analysts. The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in business analysis and banking, and familiarity with Agile methodologies and AI tools. This is a 1-year consultancy contract based onsite in Colombo 02, with a competitive monthly remuneration.
Must have
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
- Five or more years of experience in Business Analysis.
- At least four years of banking domain experience.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience collaborating with remote and international teams.
- Good understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and requirements management.
- Ability to evaluate business needs, develop practical solutions, and drive results.
- Proficiency in using AI tools to support business analysis activities.

Highlights
