About the role
The Project Manager (IT) role at Remote International Contractors (Pvt) Ltd involves maintaining multiple websites and webhosting servers for a group of companies with various brand names. The position is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the company's WHM server, overseeing a custom PHP freelance web platform, and handling all other IT-related matters and WordPress websites. The Manager (Int' Projects) position focuses on coordinating with international clients, directing and training team members, and maintaining relationships and quality for foreign contracts. Both roles require strong English communication skills and computer literacy. The company is a Sri Lankan BPO providing freelance services to over 183 countries.
Must have
- Monitor & Maintain our webhosting company WHM server
- Monitor & Maintain our Freelance web platform (Custom PHP)
- Take care of all other IT related matters & WP websites of our company
- Previous experience in managing a small team
- High command of both verbal & written in English is required
- Excellent knowledge of working with Google Docs & computer literacy
